Shunyata's New Statement Power Cable: Omega QR

We are excited to learn that Shunyata Research is now ready to begin producing their new Omega QR statement power cord ($9000/2m standard length). 

We expect to receive the first production samples next month, but here is what we know so far:

Long in development, the Omega QR uses a new conductor design called VTX-Ag. This new conductor geometry takes Shunyata's "Virtual Tube" concept a step further with the addition of a center core of high purity silver surrounded in a coaxial fashion by their high grade copper conductors. 

Terminated with new connectors and incorporating the "QR" noise rejection tech developed for their AC Line Conditioners, our expectations are very high for this new Statement Design from one of the industry leaders in powerline products.
